MOTOROLA SPS – CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT
June 1999 – Present
Responsible for SPS North American Purchase Agreements. Global table settings which regulate TOPS scheduling and consumption rules, RGCUSPAL or customer buckets for ATP consumption, FMS scheduling parameters, EOL device settings, TPOM device settings and North American CIA customer assignments. Government Compliancy Liaison and QS9000 participant.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Initiating new purchase agreements
PA maintenance, backlog, troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to PA’s
Update and maintain TOPS tables, including auto schedule flags, borrowing flags and Look in, Look out settings
Update and maintain Scheduling Interface settings
Update and maintain customer’s ATP consumption buckets
Participate in TOPS Change Control Board meetings, acting Lead person for TOPS subteam.
Evaluate and Prioritize problem reports related to TOPS functionality
Participate in CSSOP and CIA Change Control Board meetings as backup to subteam members
Participate in new projects, including TPOM, EOL, FMS reservation and others that require special configuration settings for successful implementation
Initiate and maintain 12M work instructions for CSA, PA administration and Configuration Management process
QS9000 Lead Auditor, conducting internal audits for the Order Fulfillment Organization in CSA
and MPA communities
Inform CSA’s of DPAS regulations and monitor conformance through compliancy audits
Assist with any questions concerning government regulations
MOTOROLA SPS – ACCOUNT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsible for Ford Automotive, North Penn and Brazil production plants and Dearborn engineering.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Review and understand forecast variations
Coordinate transition of component candidates to FMS and/or consignment stock
Negotiate addition or deletion of components, Final release, WIP analysis.
Evaluate order system parameters and negotiate min / max levels
Review and react to weekly FMS transaction error report, Process daily error report
Review potential stockout and/or overstock report and take appropriate action
Resolve any data integrity issues
Coordinate component part number changes
Request and follow up for requested inventory adjustments
Expedite immediate support orders to insure inventory for customer end orders
Pick product via TBLG70 screen
Generate monthly performance reports
Identify systems and/or operations improvements
Administer P.A. agreement
Coordinate resolution of financial and/or factory issues
Track new programs and engineering opportunities, track new ROM code, RVU’s and MOQ
Order entry for NPENN and BRAZIL production plants
